Yes. Every author receives written feedback before the conference in the form of a Paper Evaluation Report (PER). If your paper is selected for journal publication, you will also receive an Editorial Review Report (ERR). To receive an ERR, you must submit your full paper before the registration deadline.

Yes. Poster papers are presented in the Poster Presentation Session and included in the conference proceedings. The maximum poster size is 36 inches wide by 48 inches high (3 ft × 4 ft, or about 91 cm × 122 cm). Please bring your own printed poster, set it up on the morning of the event before the opening ceremony, and remove it at the end of the session. For virtual sessions, authors may present using a PowerPoint (PPT) presentation.

Prospective organizers should contact RW to receive approval for the conference. Once RW approves the proposal, the organizer must provide the conference title, topics and program committee members. The organizer is exempt from the registration fee. This exemption applies to the organizer only.

Receipts are issued at the registration desk on the conference day. Soft copies of receipts and invoices are also provided on request.

Registered authors and other registered participants can request an official invitation letter. We will send it by email as a soft copy and will make reasonable efforts to support your visa application. Visa processing generally takes about a month, so please apply early. Applicants are responsible for their own visa applications. RW cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted, and registration fees are not refunded if a visa is refused.

You can pay online by credit or debit card. The payment link is on the conference’s official website, in your acceptance letter and on the Payment page of this site. After paying, send your proof of payment and registration form to [email protected] to receive payment confirmation by email.

Each oral presentation is 10–15 minutes, including discussion.

No. Participants must arrange their own accommodation and travel.

We will email you the draft program, showing all papers and authors, at least one week before the conference begins.

Yes. Hard-copy proceedings are included in the registration fee, and all proceedings are published with an ISBN. Virtual participants receive a soft copy.

Papers selected for journal publication appear in RW-associated international journals that match your research field. Authors can request a preferred journal. See the Journals page for our associated journals.
